This course if best for anyone who is new to Iyengar Yoga. The basic understanding of alignment and adjustments is introduced. Use of props, and how they come of help.

Its the first major step into the world of Iyengar Yoga. All the learnings of Introductory course is applied here extensively and also beyond. Alignment is taken to a new level and the body is made to challenge so the muscles move. Ujjyayi pranayama is also introduced.
Further in-depth study of each pose. Every asana is dissected and taught to learn by focusing of different part of body viz-a-viz different aspects of the posture. Student learns different variation of asana to breoden the horizon. New techniques of pranayama is introduced along with its variations.
From time to time, workshops & intensive courses are organised for advanced & serious practitioners. Senior & extremely learned teachers are invited from around the globe to conduct classes
