Our prenatal classes are rooted in the principles of Iyengar Yoga, known for its emphasis on alignment and use of props. Nina Sagar brings decades of experience in guiding students through gentle and effective yoga practices. Their keen observation and personalized corrections ensure that each pose is performed safely and effectively.
At our Noida center, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our prenatal students. Our studio is fully equipped with all necessary props, such as bolsters, straps, and blankets, which provide support and help adapt poses to each individual’s needs. We foster a warm and supportive community, where expectant mothers can connect, share experiences, and find encouragement.
