Yoga for Hypertension

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a medical condition that arises from internal body factors. Body’s reaction to external factors like food, stress, sleep patterns also contribute to this condition.

Therapy for blood pressure involves supporting head resting and relaxing asanas that reduce the anxiety and depression caused by it, and regulate the blood pressure.

Self healing works greatly in this case as the nerves relax, the organs relax. The walls of the blood vessels become calm & strong and begin to work normally.
Organs like liver, kidney, spleen are the machinery of the body that should work properly for all other systems to work properly.
